Mothers Day | Cle Ellum WA

So what does a photographer give her mother for Mother’s Day?  Well if she’s a first time grandma (or Nonna as she likes to be called) she gets her very own photo shoot.  My mom lives part-time in Cle Ellum and this little city proved to be a beautiful spot for our shoot.  We started the day with some coffee at her favorite coffee stand, visited some of the local boutiques, and then scouted for the ideal place to take some pics.  Our shoot began at the train depot and ended at a beautiful piece of property she has her eye on in South Cle Ellum.  We went up to the property just before sunset and the light was just stunning!  I’ve been told it’s just a matter of time before the wild flowers start popping up.   Hope you enjoy these pics of my beautiful mama and her grand baby Owen.  Maybe next year for Mom’s day you can honor your mom by capturing her beauty and giving her, her very own photo shoot too.

    Ha! I’m the lucky Nonna : ) : ) It was a great day!
I am so impressed with Christie’s work. I always knew she possessed artistic qualities, now she’s putting those talents to good use!
